We've had a busy summer so far and it's becoming more so everyday!! for the 4th of July we headed to southern Nevada to visit with friends and family! We spent the 4th with the Selches, Stolworthys, and other friends; we went swimming with Joe, Yvonne, and the boys; and had a really great time!
Delyse and Hazel also went down again to LV for Cara's (Ryan's Adorable fiancee) endowment and bridal shower, Uncle Ryan's Birthday, visiting friends, and for Grandma Selch's Birthday. It was a busy trip but much fun! Hazel is becoming a seasoned traveler and has had 8 airplane rides already!
Lastly, we are packing up and moving to southern Nevada in 2 weeks! Holy Cow! That is sooo soon! We have much to do! Dane has transfered to UNLV (yay, we got his acceptance letter!) to continue his Masters of Accounting and Delyse is looking for a new job. We are excited, and nervous, and happy, and sad, and frantic, and so many other emotions all at the same time. We think it will be wonderful to be around family but sad to leave our dear friends here in Reno. We will miss you all so much! Reno had been good for us, rough at times, but over all, a wonderful place to start our family.
My first circus act with dad (6/19)! the second time I smiled and loved it- but of course we didn't have the camera that time! darn. I also can roll over back to front now since the 18th! She's just amazing so smart! Now if she'd just sleep well for dad when mom's at work....hmm.
Time is rolling by so fast and hazel is getting bigger and smarter every day. She actually ROLLED over from her tummy to her back on the 30th for the first time! It was soooo fun. I figure it was a fluke because she looked startled, but I flipped her back over and she did it again! Of course she hasn't done it since but it is very exciting! (the Picture just above is her startled look after she rolled the second time) She has turned around in her bed a few times the last week too! She's so smart!

Hazel seems to be learning and doing new things all the time...reaching, eating fingers, holding toys and bringing them to her mouth, talking, gigging/laughing. It is soooo much fun! And we are so in love with her! We went and had her blessing in southern Nevada at the beginning of this month. Thanks to all who came and helped! It was a wonderful trip! We have the BEST families and friends!!
Other news... Dane was called to work in the Young mens presidency, so we'll both be busy Tuesday nights. Hazel will get a new aunt (Cara) in August and we are SO excited! Hazel learned thrush is no fun and, Dane has been sick way more than his fair share-but there are really only 3 fairs, this is not one of them. Hazel now likes showers better than baths. Delyse had her first Mother's Day on her birthday (and had the Rivards and Ryan and Cara over-for cake and games- we love good friends and family!) AND We had our 2 year anniversary yesterday! Yay! It has gone by fast! But been truely wonderful!
